Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds, credits, cancellations, and service termination are handled for services provided by Entrezio LLC (“Entrezio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including the AI Coordinator, AI Smart Website, and AI AEO Website.

By purchasing or using Entrezio services, you agree to this policy.

1. General Refund Policy

All fees paid to Entrezio are non-refundable, except where explicitly stated in writing.

This includes setup fees, monthly subscriptions, usage fees, add-ons, and upgrades. Entrezio does not issue cash refunds for services rendered, partially rendered, or unused.

2. Setup Fees (Non-Refundable)

Setup fees cover costs associated with configuration, AI training, deployment, integrations, onboarding, testing, and system preparation.

Because setup work begins immediately, setup fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.

3. AI Coordinator Proof Period & Setup Fee Credit

Where offered, Entrezio may provide a 14-day proof period for the AI Coordinator.

During this period, Entrezio evaluates whether the AI Coordinator captures real inbound value, including but not limited to:

  • Answering inbound calls
  • Logging qualified inquiries
  • Booking appointments
  • Routing leads that would have otherwise gone unanswered

If the success condition is met, the setup fee may be converted into account credit, applied toward future billing only.

Credits are not refunded as cash, are non-transferable, and expire immediately upon cancellation.

If success conditions are not met and you choose not to continue, no refund or credit is issued. The setup fee covers services already delivered.

4. Monthly Subscriptions & Billing Cycles

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Once a billing cycle begins, fees are non-refundable and are not prorated, regardless of usage.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel services by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

6. Effects of Cancellation

  • Access to Entrezio services ends
  • The AI Coordinator and automations are disabled
  • Website hosting, updates, and optimizations are discontinued
  • Any unused credits immediately expire

Entrezio is not obligated to maintain systems, data, recordings, or configurations after cancellation unless required by law.

7. Failure to Onboard or Use the Service

Failure to complete onboarding, connect systems, allow traffic flow, or actively use the service does not constitute grounds for a refund or credit. All fees remain due.

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing Entrezio services, you agree not to initiate chargebacks for setup fees, subscription fees, or services rendered. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate service termination.

9. Termination by Entrezio

Entrezio reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without refund in cases of non-payment, abuse, misuse, regulatory risk, or violation of our Terms & Conditions or applicable laws.

10. Policy Updates

Entrezio may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
