Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of services provided by Entrezio LLC (“Entrezio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including but not limited to the AI Coordinator, AI Smart Website, and AI AEO Website.
1. Scope of Services
Entrezio provides AI-powered automation, digital infrastructure, and web-based systems designed to support business operations, inbound communication handling, and online visibility. Services are delivered as described at the time of purchase or within a written agreement.
2. The AI Coordinator (Role & Limitations)
The AI Coordinator functions as an automated assistant designed to answer inbound calls, handle conversations, collect information, qualify inquiries, book appointments (where configured), and escalate interactions based on predefined rules.
The AI Coordinator is not a human, employee, attorney, doctor, licensed professional, or decision-maker. The AI Coordinator does not provide legal, medical, financial, or professional advice. You remain solely responsible for all business decisions, follow-ups, outcomes, and client communications.
3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure proper delivery of services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete onboarding information
- Grant required access to phone systems, calendars, CRMs, and websites
- Ensure scripts and workflows provided are lawful and compliant
- Use services only for lawful business purposes
Failure to complete onboarding or provide access may delay service delivery and void trial or proof-based offers.
4. Setup Fees, Billing & Payments
Setup fees are one-time charges that cover configuration, AI training, system deployment, integrations, and onboarding. All setup fees are non-refundable.
Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis and are non-refundable once charged.
5. 14-Day Proof Period & Setup Fee Credit
Where offered, Entrezio may provide a 14-day proof period for the AI Coordinator. During this period, Entrezio evaluates whether the AI Coordinator captures real inbound value, including but not limited to answered calls, logged inquiries, appointments booked, or leads routed.
If success conditions are met, the setup fee may be converted into account credit applied to future billing. Credits are not refunded as cash, are non-transferable, and expire upon cancellation. If success conditions are not met, the setup fee covers services already rendered.
6. No Guarantees or Warranties
Entrezio does not guarantee revenue, leads, bookings, conversions, rankings, or business outcomes. Results depend on factors beyond Entrezio’s control, including market conditions, offer quality, follow-up practices, and third-party platforms.
7. AI Smart Website & AI AEO Website
AI Smart Website and AI AEO Website services are provided as managed digital solutions. Unless otherwise stated in writing, website frameworks, AI structures, and proprietary systems remain the intellectual property of Entrezio.
Search engines, AI assistants, and answer engines are controlled by third parties. Entrezio does not guarantee search rankings, AI citations, or placement outcomes.
8. Compliance & Lawful Use
You are solely responsible for compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to TCPA, A2P messaging rules, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, HIPAA (if applicable), and data privacy regulations. Entrezio is not liable for misuse of services or non-compliant instructions requested by clients.
9. Data, Privacy & Security
Entrezio collects and processes data as described in its Privacy Policy. Calls may be recorded and transcribed for service delivery, training, and quality purposes. You are responsible for proper disclosure and consent where required.
10. Termination
You may cancel services according to your billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial periods. Entrezio reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment, abuse, misuse, or violation of these Terms.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Entrezio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Entrezio’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the previous thirty (30) days.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Entrezio harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your business practices, content, regulatory non-compliance, or misuse of services.
13. Modifications to Terms
Entrezio may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
